Welcome to AlfaBooks.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlfaBooks mobile application, website, and related services operated by ALFASOLS (“AlfaBooks”, “ALFASOLS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using AlfaBooks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of AlfaBooks.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess the legal authority to act on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity in order to use AlfaBooks.

By using AlfaBooks, you represent and warrant that:

  • You satisfy these eligibility requirements.
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Your use of AlfaBooks complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Description of Service

AlfaBooks is a cloud-based business management platform developed to assist businesses in managing their daily operations.

Features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Invoicing
  • Quotations
  • Purchase Orders
  • Customer Management
  • Supplier Management
  • Product Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Expense Management
  • Accounting Records
  • Financial Reporting
  • Business Analytics
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
  • Business Insights
  • Inventory Forecasting
  • Cloud Synchronization
  • Image Uploads
  • Reporting Tools
  • Notifications
  • Other current and future productivity features.

ALFASOLS reserves the right to modify, improve, add, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or service at any time without creating any obligation to continue providing such features.

  1. Account Registration

Certain AlfaBooks features require users to create an account.

By registering an account, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain and promptly update account information.
  • Protect the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under their account.
  • Notify ALFASOLS immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

  1. Device Activation and Licensing

AlfaBooks licenses are intended for use only on the number of devices permitted under the applicable subscription or license plan.

Unless otherwise specified, a standard AlfaBooks license may be activated on one device only.

To protect the integrity of the licensing system, AlfaBooks may use the Android ID and other non-sensitive device identifiers solely to:

  • Verify device activation.
  • Enforce licensing restrictions.
  • Prevent unauthorized account sharing.
  • Protect user accounts.
  • Improve application security.
  • Detect licensing abuse.

Users may not:

  • Share accounts with unauthorized individuals.
  • Circumvent device activation restrictions.
  • Manipulate licensing mechanisms.
  • Reverse engineer or bypass activation controls.
  • Transfer licensed access in violation of these Terms.

If a user wishes to activate AlfaBooks on another device, they may be required to deactivate the previously authorized device or contact ALFASOLS for assistance, subject to the applicable subscription or licensing policy.

Violation of this section may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access.

  1. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, databases, or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or copy AlfaBooks except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with platform security, stability, or availability.
  • Use AlfaBooks to infringe upon the intellectual property or legal rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription, licensing, or activation controls.

Any misuse of AlfaBooks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account.

  1. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users must immediately notify ALFASOLS if they become aware of:

  • Unauthorized access.
  • Lost credentials.
  • Suspected account compromise.
  • Security incidents involving their account.

ALFASOLS is not responsible for losses resulting from a user’s failure to adequately protect account credentials.

  1. Business Records and User Responsibility

AlfaBooks is a software platform intended to assist businesses in managing information and operations.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • Accounting records.
  • Tax compliance.
  • Financial decisions.
  • Inventory management.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Business operations.
  • Legal obligations.
  • Verification of reports and calculations.

ALFASOLS does not provide accounting, auditing, legal, taxation, investment, or professional advice.

Users should independently verify all reports, calculations, AI-generated recommendations, forecasts, and business information before relying upon them.

  1. Artificial Intelligence Features

AlfaBooks may provide features powered by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, statistical models, predictive analytics, automated reporting systems, intelligent recommendations, forecasting tools, and other automated technologies.

These systems may analyze user-provided business data solely for the purpose of providing and improving AlfaBooks services and features, including but not limited to:

  • Business reports.
  • Operational insights.
  • Inventory recommendations.
  • Financial summaries.
  • Business forecasts.
  • Alerts and reminders.
  • Productivity tools.
  • Business intelligence features.
  • Other current and future AlfaBooks functionality.

AI-generated reports, forecasts, recommendations, summaries, alerts, and other outputs are generated using automated systems and are provided solely as informational and decision-support tools.

ALFASOLS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying all accounting records, financial information, inventory decisions, legal compliance, tax obligations, and business decisions before relying upon AI-generated information.

  1. Data Ownership

All business data entered into AlfaBooks remains the exclusive property of the respective user or business.

ALFASOLS does not claim ownership of:

  • Customer records.
  • Supplier records.
  • Product information.
  • Inventory records.
  • Invoices.
  • Quotations.
  • Purchase Orders.
  • Financial records.
  • Business documents.
  • Images uploaded by users.
  • Other business information entered into AlfaBooks.

Users grant ALFASOLS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, synchronize, back up, analyze, and display such information solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, supporting, improving, and providing AlfaBooks services.

  1. Payments and Future Billing

AlfaBooks currently does not process payments through the application.

ALFASOLS may introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, activation fees, payment gateways, or other billing services in future versions.

If paid services become available, additional payment terms may apply and will be published before such services become effective.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees paid for activated subscriptions or services may be non-refundable.

  1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

ALFASOLS may offer free plans, paid plans, premium subscriptions, enterprise plans, usage-based services, or future licensing models.

ALFASOLS reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing.
  • Introduce new subscription plans.
  • Add or remove features.
  • Modify usage limits.
  • Introduce new licensing models.
  • Discontinue existing plans.

Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes become effective.

  1. Service Availability

Although ALFASOLS strives to provide reliable services, AlfaBooks is provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.
  • Uninterrupted operation.
  • Error-free performance.
  • Permanent accessibility.
  • Compatibility with every device.
  • Availability in every country.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Emergency maintenance.
  • Software updates.
  • Internet failures.
  • Hosting provider issues.
  • Security incidents.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.
  1. Backups and Data Loss

ALFASOLS may perform automated backups and disaster recovery procedures to improve service reliability.

However, users remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of important business information.

ALFASOLS does not guarantee recovery of lost, deleted, corrupted, damaged, inaccessible, or overwritten information.

  1. Third-Party Services

AlfaBooks may integrate with or rely upon trusted third-party service providers including, but not limited to:

  • Cloud hosting providers.
  • Google Firebase.
  • Google Play Services.
  • Email delivery providers.
  • Push notification providers.
  • Artificial Intelligence service providers.
  • Payment processors (if introduced in future versions).

Use of such services may be subject to the applicable third-party terms, privacy policies, and legal requirements.

ALFASOLS is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or practices of third-party providers.

  1. Intellectual Property

AlfaBooks, including all software, source code, object code, databases, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, designs, documentation, user interfaces, reports, website content, application content, and all related intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of ALFASOLS or its licensors.

Nothing contained within AlfaBooks transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use AlfaBooks solely in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise exploit AlfaBooks except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization from ALFASOLS.

  1. Suspension and Termination

ALFASOLS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any user account or access to AlfaBooks immediately, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • Violated these Terms and Conditions.
  • Violated applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
  • Attempted unauthorized access to AlfaBooks or related systems.
  • Circumvented licensing, activation, or subscription restrictions.
  • Misused AlfaBooks or its services.
  • Created security risks for ALFASOLS, other users, or third parties.
  • Failed to pay applicable subscription or licensing fees where required.

Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to stored information, subscriptions, features, or services.

Where permitted by law, ALFASOLS shall not be liable for any losses arising from the suspension or termination of an account in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALFASOLS, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of AlfaBooks.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of revenue.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Loss of contracts.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • Loss of customers.
  • Loss of anticipated savings.
  • Loss of data.
  • Business interruption.
  • Downtime.
  • Hardware failure.
  • Software incompatibility.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Security incidents.
  • Third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of ALFASOLS for any claim arising from or relating to AlfaBooks shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to ALFASOLS for AlfaBooks during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlfaBooks is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALFASOLS disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy.
  • Reliability.
  • Availability.
  • Security.
  • Compatibility.
  • Continuous operation.
  • Error-free performance.

ALFASOLS does not warrant that AlfaBooks will meet every user’s requirements or operate without interruption or error.

  1. Force Majeure

ALFASOLS shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Floods.
  • Fires.
  • Earthquakes.
  • Wars.
  • Civil unrest.
  • Terrorist acts.
  • Government actions.
  • Internet outages.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Power failures.
  • Pandemics.
  • Labor disputes.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Hosting failures.
  1. Changes to these Terms

ALFASOLS reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the AlfaBooks website, application, or related services.

Your continued use of AlfaBooks after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ALFASOLS is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to AlfaBooks or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. Export Control and Compliance

Users agree not to use AlfaBooks in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, embargoes, or other laws governing the export, import, or use of software and technology.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of AlfaBooks complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

  1. Google Play Disclaimer

If AlfaBooks is downloaded through Google Play or any other application marketplace, such marketplace acts solely as a distribution platform.

Google Play and its affiliates are not responsible for AlfaBooks, its content, maintenance, support services, warranties, updates, or the handling of claims relating to the application.

Any questions, support requests, complaints, or legal claims relating to AlfaBooks should be directed exclusively to ALFASOLS.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any failure by ALFASOLS to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
