- A clear statement that you want your AlfaBooks account deleted
We may contact you through your registered email address to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
After verification, we will delete your AlfaBooks account and associated personal data, including account information and business data stored under the account, except information that we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
